The Warhammer Online Team I would have thought they would have known most ppls opinions by reading the forums and by the amount of ppl complaining to customer support...
The survey is about 12 pages long and does'nt really ask you the questions you would like to have been asked (as in ones relevant to the game), save for one which asks whats the ONE most important thing that needs changing ingame. They should have asked for a top 10 at least!
. Most questions just relate to how they can "improve community management" or how they can "improve forum management" etc. You do get to voice your opinion in a few places but sadly theres not much space to put anything constructive in.
Will this improve things in the future? With GOA/Mythic who knows?
